Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Proof of Purchase: Original order confirmation or receipt required
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Candles and Candle Holders (for hygiene reasons)
  • Artificial Plants (unless defective upon arrival)
  • Bathroom Paint (custom mixed products)
  • Accessories and Spare Parts (opened packages)
  • B22 Bayonet Cap and other electrical components (safety reasons)
  • Any items that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Submit Your Request: Contact our customer service team within 15 days of delivery using the template below
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all included materials
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns address (provided with your RMA)
  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days

Refund Information

Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing of when the funds reach your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days
  • PayPal: 2-5 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

  1. Follow the same return process outlined above
  2. Clearly indicate in your return request that you prefer an exchange
  3. Specify the replacement item you’d like
  4. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (additional charges may apply for price differences)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping.
