Certain products, such as custom-mixed Bathroom Paint, cannot be returned unless defective due to their personalised nature.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided items are in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

• Candles and Candle Holders (hygiene reasons)
• Artificial Plants (unless defective)
• Bathroom Paint (custom mixed products)
• Accessories and Spare Parts (if packages opened)
• B22 Bayonet Cap and other electrical components (safety reasons)
• Any assembled, used, or damaged items

5.3 Return Process

Contact customer service within 15 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
